Schedule / Job Type
- Nights, 7 shifts per week, 8-week contract, 12-hour shifts, guaranteed 36 hours per week, temporary/contract
Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional nursing care to patients in a Long-Term Care / Skilled Nursing Facility setting
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
- Monitor patient conditions and document observations accurately
- Assist with patient assessments and care planning
- Ensure compliance with facility policies and safety standards
Required Qualifications
- Valid LVN or LPN license
- Minimum of 1-year clinical experience in LTC/SNF settings
- Ability to work night shifts effectively
- Strong communication and patient care skills
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience with elderly or complex patient populations
- Knowledge of state and federal healthcare regulations
- Bilingual abilities a plus
