Schedule / Job Type
Full-time, 13-week contract, day shifts, possibly some on-call

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide hospice nursing care to patients in a home or facility setting
  • Manage patient cases, including assessments and care coordination
  • Document patient progress and communicate with healthcare teams
  • Deliver compassionate end-of-life care in accordance with hospice protocols
  • May be required to provide on-call support as needed

Required Qualifications

  • Valid and current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Oregon
  • Experience in case management
  • Strong communication and compassionate patient care skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Experience / Skills

  • Prior hospice or palliative care experience
  • Comfortable with on-call responsibilities
