Key Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services to patients in accordance with treatment plans
- Assess patient needs and develop personalized therapy programs
- Monitor and document patient progress and adjust treatments as necessary
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and safety protocols
Required Qualifications
- Valid occupational therapist license or certification
- Demonstrated experience in occupational therapy
- Excellent communication and patient care skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong understanding of therapy techniques and documentation procedures
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience in a similar healthcare setting
- Knowledge of pediatric or adult therapy best practices
- Bilingual abilities (if applicable)
