Key Responsibilities
• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to a diverse patient population
• Manage a caseload averaging 12-14 patients per day with a productivity expectation of 60 visits per week
• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and document patient progress
• Offer outpatient orthopedic care, with some follow-up visits and double-booking as needed
• Collaborate with team members to deliver quality patient care
• Ensure patient safety and comfort during therapy sessions

Required Qualifications
• Valid physical therapy license for Pennsylvania
• Outpatient therapy experience preferred
• Ability to work full shifts of 8 hours
• Willingness to work with a general orthopedic patient population
• Ability to double-book follow-up visits and handle a busy schedule

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Recent graduates and first-time travelers are encouraged to apply
• Experience working in outpatient clinics with orthopedic patients is a plus
