Schedule / Job Type

• Full-Time, Day shifts, 12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to medical-surgical and telemetry patients in a level III trauma acute care hospital.
• Manage patient assessments, administer medications, and monitor patient conditions.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Document patient information accurately using the Epic electronic charting system.
• Float within scope to support various units and facility needs.
• Adhere to hospital policies, including trauma protocol and community hospital standards.

Required Qualifications

• Valid South Carolina RN license or Compact license in hand prior to start date.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant nursing experience.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Telemetry competency required; previous charge experience preferred.
• Community hospital experience preferred.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in trauma or Level III trauma facilities.
• Knowledge of Epic electronic health record system.
• Ability to work in fast-paced hospital environments.
