Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the Cardiac ICU during day and night shifts, including weekends and rotating holidays
• Float within units of equivalent or lower acuity levels as needed
• Manage cardiac-specific equipment such as ventilators, Swan-Ganz catheters, balloon pumps, and pa lines
• Administer conscious sedation and emergency procedures with precision
• Maintain patient ratios averaging 1:1, with up to 6 weekend shifts per 4-week schedule

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of recent experience in Cardiac ICU nursing
• Valid compact or state RN license in Ohio or eligible for one at time of submission
• Current BLS and ACLS certification
• Proficiency with IV starts, telemetry, vents, Swan-Ganz, conscious sedation, balloon pumps, and PA lines
• Previous travel experience preferred

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Sepsis management experience
• Previous ICU travel assignments
• Prior experience with Epic EHR system
