Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and treatments for diverse patient populations, including adolescents, adults, and geriatrics.
• Manage caseloads involving orthopedic, neurological, and post-surgical conditions such as back pain, post-operative care, fractures, and neurological disorders.
• Conduct assessments including fall risk evaluations, durable medical equipment needs, and functional screenings.
• Collaborate with patients and healthcare teams to develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
• Document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately in electronic health records.

Required Qualifications

• Valid and current Physical Therapist license.
• Previous experience working in a clinical setting with diverse patient populations preferred.
• Knowledge of EHR systems, specifically NextGen.
• Strong communication and patient management skills.
• Ability to perform detailed assessments and develop appropriate treatment strategies.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with orthopedic conditions such as ACL tears, rotator cuff injuries, or osteoarthritis.
• Familiarity with neuro conditions including Parkinson’s Disease, MS, or vestibular issues.
• Ability to handle a caseload averaging approximately 11 visits per day.
