- Days, 3 shifts per week, 12.5 hours per shift, alternating weekly schedule (4 shifts one week, 3 shifts the next week & end of week)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care to residents in a Long-Term Care (LTC) / Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting
- Monitor and document patient conditions, ensuring compliance with care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to meet residents’ needs
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure adherence to safety protocols
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) / Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of North Carolina
- Up-to-date CPR certification
- Prior experience in a LTC/SNF environment preferred
- Strong communication and bedside manner
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working with elderly or chronic care patients
- Ability to handle a demanding schedule with flexibility
- Knowledge of state and federal healthcare regulations
