Key Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care to residents in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
- Monitor residents' health status and document changes or concerns
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure quality patient care
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, ensuring comfort and safety
Required Qualifications
- Valid Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Maine
- Proven ability to work night shifts in a healthcare setting
- Strong communication and observational skills
- Ability to maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and facility policies
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities
- BLS certification or other relevant healthcare certifications
