Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care across Pre-op, Operating Room, and Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) within the surgical services scope of practice.
• Conduct patient assessments, document care, and provide emotional support.
• Assist in transferring and recovering patients, circulating cases, and processing instruments in sterilizing areas.
• Prepare patients for surgery and maintain infection control standards.
• Collaborate with surgical team members and educate patients about procedures.
• Participate in rotational call shifts including weekdays, weekends, and holidays.

Required Qualifications

• Current Colorado RN licensure.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Pre-op, OR, or PACU settings.
• ACLS certification.
• Ability to perform effectively in high-stress situations.
• Willingness to work long periods standing, walking, and lifting; exposure to blood and body fluids.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• CNOR certification preferred.
• Experience with scrub procedures preferred.
• Interest in technical procedures and patient care.
