Schedule / Job Type:
Full-time, days, 5 shifts per week, 8 hours per shift

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide physical therapy services in a clinical setting according to assigned schedules
• Complete documentation directly with ATI outside of AMN’s clearance process prior to start date
• Follow all credentialing and licensing requirements to ensure compliance and smooth onboarding
• Maintain professionalism and adherence to facility policies and procedures
• Collaborate with team members to deliver quality patient care

Required Qualifications:

• Active valid license in the state of Oregon
• Experience in a clinical setting performing physical therapy procedures
• Equipment provided during the interview process
• Ability to work an 8-hour day shift

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Prior experience with ATI or similar credentialing processes
• Familiarity with documentation requirements for ATI assignments
