Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a clinical setting
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to improve patient outcomes
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records
• Assist in rehabilitation efforts to optimize patient health and function

Required Qualifications

• Valid license or certification as an Occupational Therapist
• Proven experience in occupational therapy practice
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in outpatient or rehabilitation settings
• Willingness to contribute at a secondary location (potential for 40-hour weeks)
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment at a community-focused clinic
