Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy support under the supervision of a licensed therapist.
• Assist in implementing treatment plans for patients.
• Support patient progress through therapeutic exercises and activities.
• Document patient responses and progress accurately.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal care delivery.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy Assistant license or certification.
• Proven experience supporting therapy staff in a clinical setting.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Good communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working in skilled nursing or long-term care facilities.
• Familiarity with therapy equipment and modalities.
