Key Responsibilities

• Provide patient care using the Nursing Process in accordance with state Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies
• Demonstrate critical thinking, scientific judgment, and leadership to ensure safe delivery of care
• Maintain clinical competencies through continuing education and training
• Delegate patient care priorities appropriately based on staff qualifications
• Supervise and direct assigned personnel delivering patient care

Required Qualifications

• Indiana or multi-state compact RN license (must be attached to resume)
• ACLS and BLS certifications through the American Heart Association (must be attached to submission)
• Vent/trach management experience
• 2+ years of recent Telemetry or LTAC experience in a hospital setting
• 3 SH nights per week, 12-hour shifts

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working with ventilated/trached patients in LTAC settings
• Prior experience in a hospital or critical care environment
• Ability to utilize electronic medical records efficiently
