Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a mixed acuity unit serving both ICU and progressive care patients
• Apply critical thinking and clinical reasoning to assess and manage critically ill patients
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team to deliver safe, high-quality patient outcomes
• Adapt to a dynamic critical care environment while maintaining flexibility and professionalism

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1.5 years of ICU experience required
• Valid Indiana RN License required
• BLS certification (American Heart Association only) required
• ACLS certification (American Heart Association only) required
• Strong background in medical patients and critical care

Preferred Experience / Skills

• 2 or more years of ICU experience preferred
• Prior travel nursing experience preferred
• Level 1 or Level 2 facility experience preferred
