Key Responsibilities
- Provide specialized ICU nursing care to critically ill patients.
- Monitor patient vitals and respond to changes in condition promptly.
- Administer medication and treatments as prescribed.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
- Document patient information accurately and thoroughly.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety standards.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana.
- Experience in ICU or critical care nursing preferred.
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts, with flexibility for mids.
- Strong clinical assessment and communication skills.
- BLS and ACLS certification required.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience working in a hospital ICU setting.
- Knowledge of advanced life support and ventilator management.
