- Part-time, nights, 3 shifts per week, every other weekend
Key Responsibilities
- Provide quality nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing facility
- Assist with patient assessments and medication administration
- Document patient information accurately and in a timely manner
- Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement care plans
- Ensure compliance with facility policies and safety standards
Required Qualifications
- Valid LVN or LPN license
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Proven experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facility preferred
- Strong communication and patient care skills
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous night shift experience in LTC/SNF setting
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
