- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) / LVN
Location
- Papillion, NE
Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time, Contract (18 weeks), Days shift, 8-hour shifts, 7 days per week with every other weekend required
Key Responsibilities
- Provide patient care in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders
- Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the healthcare team
- Collaborate with staff to deliver quality resident care
- Ensure documentation is complete and compliant with facility standards
- Follow all safety and regulatory guidelines, including timely completion of required reports
Required Qualifications
- Valid LPN / LVN license
- BLS certification (AHA or ARC only)
- Ability to pass clinical interview and submit availability for scheduling
- Must have a valid outpatient DHHS license within 48 hours of placement
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities
- Strong documentation and communication skills
