Key Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care to residents in a long-term care or skilled nursing setting
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Conduct clinical assessments and document patient progress
- Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure quality resident care
- Follow all facility policies and safety protocols
Required Qualifications
- Valid LVN or LPN license
- Current BLS certification (AHA or ARC only)
- Ability to pass NE DHHS background check within 48 hours of placement
- Prior experience in LTC/SNF preferred
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working night shifts in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities
- Strong clinical assessment skills and attention to detail
