Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient orthopedic therapy to diverse patient populations
• Work up to 40 hours per week, with 36 hours guaranteed
• Collaborate with clinic team and float to other clinics as needed
• Ensure all OT hours are approved by the director prior to OT work
• Conduct patient assessments and develop treatment plans
• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with protocols

Required Qualifications

• Valid physical therapy license for the state of Oregon
• Outpatient therapy experience preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment
• Strong communication and patient care skills

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Outpatient orthopedic experience is highly preferred
• Recent graduates considered if capable of working independently
• Willingness to float across clinics and adapt to different clinical settings
