• Full-time, Day shift (8 hours per shift), 5 days per week

Key Responsibilities

• Assist licensed therapists in implementing patient treatment plans.
• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to patients, supporting recovery and functional improvement.
• Document patient progress and clinical notes accurately using electronic health records (Epic).
• Float between units within the hospital as needed, including critical care, emergency, and maternity departments.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient care.
• Adhere to hospital policies, including dress code and safety procedures.

Required Qualifications

• Current Physical Therapy Assistant license or pending licensure.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant outpatient or acute care experience.
• Ability to accurately chart using Epic electronic health record system.
• Must have reliable transportation and a vehicle for travel between facilities.
• Must be able to work within a 50-mile radius of the facility.
• References covering at least 1 year of clinical practice are required.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in short-term acute care or hospital settings.
• Familiarity with Epic documentation and inpatient treatment protocols.
• Ability to float between different hospital units and affiliate facilities.
