Job Title

• Registered Nurse (RN) - PICU

Schedule / Job Type

• Night shifts, 3x12-hour shifts per week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide specialized nursing care to critically ill pediatric patients in the PICU.
• Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and update care plans accordingly.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with hospital policies.
• Respond effectively to emergency situations within the unit.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Indiana RN license in hand prior to start date.
• Minimum of 18 months of PICU experience.
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications (depending on unit requirements).
• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts.
• SSN and DOB required at time of submission.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous PICU travel nursing experience preferred.
• Familiarity with pediatric advanced monitoring equipment.
• Ability to float within hospital or to nearby facilities as required.
