Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a rehabilitation setting
- Monitor patient health and progress, adjusting treatments as necessary
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient information and treatments
- Ensure adherence to safety and compliance protocols
Required Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Kentucky
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a rehabilitation or similar healthcare setting
- Strong patient care and communication skills
- Ability to work 12-hour day shifts
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with post-acute or rehabilitation patient populations
- CPR and BLS certification
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
