Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services in a rural health clinic setting
• Treat a variety of diagnoses, with a focus on orthopedics, neuro, falls/balance, and vestibular conditions
• Float between units and facilities as needed, maintaining flexibility in scheduling
• Adhere to charting requirements, specifically using Epic electronic health record system
• Work with an expected patient ratio of 1:12
• Cover 3 of 5 holidays as part of scheduled shifts

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of outpatient PT experience, including orthopedic cases (post-op and general pain)
• Active or pending state licensure as a Physical Therapist in Oregon
• Ability to work independently, with strong clinical skills in outpatient physical therapy
• Reliable transportation for commuting to assigned facilities

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in rural healthcare environments
• Familiarity with Epic electronic health record system
• Flexibility to work a 4-day 10-hour schedule or 5-day 8-hour schedule

Additional Notes
Candidates must have a vehicle for travel between facilities. Must be willing to work float shifts within hospital and nearby affiliate facilities. References covering at least one year of outpatient experience are required. Be prepared to work 3 of the 5 scheduled holidays. All RTO and specific scheduling requests must be submitted during application. Inflexibility beyond the contracted schedule may impact employment. This position involves working with Epic charting and requires compliance with travel and background policies.
