• Full-time, Days shifts, 5 days per week, 8-hour shifts

Key Responsibilities

• Provide support and assistance to residents in a long-term structured residential treatment facility for individuals with serious mental illness.
• Assist psychiatric professionals with group and individual therapy sessions.
• Monitor and document residents’ progress and behavior in accordance with treatment plans.
• Support residents’ stabilization and reintegration efforts into the community.
• Maintain a safe, therapeutic environment compliant with facility protocols.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 6 months of experience in mental health or behavioral health settings.
• Ability to work effectively in a structured, therapeutic environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate and patient demeanor.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working with individuals with mental health disorders.
• Knowledge of psychiatric treatment procedures.
• Certification in basic life support or CPR (preferred but not required).
