Job Title

• T10 - Med Surg Tele RN - AYA Offer

Schedule / Job Type

• Contract, Night Shift, 3x12-hour shifts per week (7:00 PM - 7:30 AM)

Key Responsibilities

• Float within units of equivalent or lower acuity levels as needed
• Provide care in various departments including General Surgery, Trauma, Vascular, Wound, and Plastics
• Maintain patient ratios of approximately 1 nurse to 4-5 patients
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient care
• Complete all documentation accurately and timely

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant RN experience
• Valid compact or state RN license in hand at the time of submission
• Current BLS certification
• Proficiency in IV starts, telemetry monitoring, and intermediate skills
• Prior experience with Epic electronic health record system

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a fast-paced hospital environment
• Prior float nursing experience
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills

• All candidates must be aware of the urgency related to Ohio fingerprinting; delays may impact start date
• Locals are accepted at the same rate as travelers
• MRI techs without Ohio license acceptable for submission
