• Full-time, temporary/contract, days, 3 shifts per week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in a Medical-Surgical/Telehealth setting.
• Float between units of equivalent or lower acuity levels as needed.
• Ensure accurate documentation and communication with healthcare team.
• Adhere to hospital policies and protocols for patient safety and care standards.
• Maintain compliance with all credentialing and licensing requirements.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a MedSurgical/Telemetry setting.
• Current BCLS certification.
• Proficient in IV starts and telemetry monitoring.
• Experience with electronic health records system (EPIC preferred).
• Valid compact or state RN license in Ohio.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Ability to handle patient ratios of 1:4-5.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
