Key Responsibilities

• Provide specialized nursing care in the operating room environment for various surgical procedures.
• Assist surgical teams during reconstructive, microsurgery, robotics, and orthopedic cases.
• Utilize vascular experience and assist with complex reconstructive surgeries such as DIEP flaps and microsurgery.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes.
• Support scheduling and patient preparation for 13-week assignments, including on-call responsibilities.

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license.
• Minimum 1 year of OR nursing experience.
• Experience or familiarity with vascular, plastics reconstructive, robotics (bariatric, GYN, general, colorectal), and orthopedics (total joints) preferred.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working in high-acuity OR settings with reconstructive and microsurgical cases.
• Knowledge of robotics-assisted procedures.
• Strong team collaboration and communication skills.
