Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient orthopedic physical therapy services under the supervision of a licensed therapist.
• Assist in developing and implementing treatment plans for a diverse outpatient patient population.
• Support patient rehabilitation and recovery through manual therapy, exercises, and modalities.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure quality patient care and documentation.
• Float to other clinics may be required, depending on operational needs.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy Assistant license/certification.
• Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred.
• Ability to work days with 36 guaranteed hours, up to 40 hours per week.
• OT hours must be approved by the director before being worked.
• Willing to consider new grads and first-time travelers.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior outpatient orthopedic therapy experience.
• Strong patient communication and teamwork skills.
