Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement tailored occupational therapy programs to help patients improve their quality of life following injury, disease, or limb loss.
• Conduct assessments and establish treatment plans based on individual patient needs, considering gender, age, cultural background, and educational level.
• Provide therapeutic interventions aimed at restoring, maintaining, or improving patient functionality.
• Maintain detailed documentation of patient progress and therapy outcomes.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient care.

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited occupational therapy program approved by the American Occupational Therapy Association.
• Valid licensure to practice as an Occupational Therapist in Montana.
• Friendly and empathetic personality with sound judgment and strong interpersonal skills.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience working in outpatient settings preferred.
• Ability to adapt therapy to diverse patient populations.
