• Registered Nurse - Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR)

Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, Travel, 13-week assignment, Days shift (7:00 AM - 7:00 PM)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide specialized nursing care in the CVOR, supporting cardiovascular and neuro surgeries.
• Assist with ortho/spine, neuro, trauma, robotics, urology, and general procedures.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of RNs, CSTs, and ancillary staff to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Maintain compliance with unit policies, including weekend and on-call duties up to 15 days per month.
• Document patient care activities accurately using the Meditech EMR system.
• Adhere to hospital dress code and safety protocols.

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN licensure and BLS certification.
• Minimum 1 year of Operating Room (OR) experience, specifically in neuro and ortho/spine.
• Experience working in a trauma center is preferred.
• Strong teamwork and positive attitude.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Trauma center experience.
• Ortho/spine and neuro surgery experience.
• Experience with robotic procedures.
