- Registered Nurse - Obstetrics / Antepartum
Location

Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time, travel assignment, 13-week duration, Night shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM), working 3 shifts per week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide qualified nursing care in the Antepartum (High-Risk Obstetrics) unit for antepartum patients
- Monitor high-acuity patients including labor and delivery, preterm labor, and magnesium sulfate management
- Utilize Meditech and CPIN documentation systems to accurately record patient information
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Follow hospital and unit-specific policies, including dress code and protocol adherence
Required Qualifications
- Active Texas RN license (temp licenses not accepted)
- Minimum of 2 years of hospital experience in high-risk obstetrics, labor & delivery, or antepartum units
- BLS, NRP, and Intermediate AWHONN Fetal Monitoring certification
- Experience with high-acuity obstetric patients, including magnesium sulfate and preterm labor management
Preferred Experience / Skills
- ACLS certification
- Experience with Meditech EMR system
- Advanced obstetric nursing skills and certifications
