Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to adult populations in a Medical Surgical setting.
• Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and document care per hospital protocols.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols, including COVID, Monkey Pox, and other isolation precautions.
• Maintain accurate, detailed records and update patient information consistently.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Nursing License (State of Georgia or applicable state).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Medical Surgical nursing.
• Epic EMR system experience.
• Certification in basic life support (BLS).
• Ability to work nights and handle demanding patient care responsibilities.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience caring for patients with infectious isolation precautions.
• Familiarity with hospital protocols related to COVID and other infectious diseases.
