Registered Nurse – Cardiac Cath Lab / Electrophysiology (EP)

Full-time, Contract – 13 weeks, Days only

Key Responsibilities

• Provide specialized nursing care in the Cardiac Catheterization and EP Labs.
• Assist with procedures such as ablations, device implants, device extractions, and structural heart interventions.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes.
• Manage patient flow and monitor vital signs during procedures.
• Adhere to unit policies, equipment protocols, and dress code standards.
• Document patient information accurately in the EMR system.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in cath lab, EP lab, interventional radiology, or OR.
• Ability to work 10.5-hour shifts, Monday through Thursday, no call required.
• Valid registered nurse license in the state of Texas.
• Experience with EP procedures and electrophysiology equipment is preferred.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Over 1 year of EP RN experience.
• Familiarity with biosense Webster, Abbott, Boston Scientific, and Medtronic mapping systems.
• Capable of adapting to procedural fluctuations and working cohesively within a team.
