• Full-time, Day shift, 1 shift per week

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and re-evaluate assigned patients in outpatient and inpatient settings.
• Develop and implement therapeutic physical therapy programs as prescribed by physicians.
• Regularly update treatment plans and home exercise programs.
• Manage a full caseload independently, including performing re-evaluations based on insurance authorization.
• Utilize equipment such as EMR platforms, including Net Health Therapy and Meditech.
• Work scheduled holidays as needed, in accordance with hospital operations.

Required Qualifications

• Hawaii state license for occupational therapy (must be obtained upon offer acceptance if not already held).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working with adult patients in outpatient and acute care settings.
• BLS certification from the American Red Cross.
• Ability to work days, Monday through Friday, from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience with inpatient and outpatient therapy procedures.
• Knowledge of healthcare electronic medical records systems, specifically Net Health Therapy and Meditech.
