Location
- Boscobel, WI
Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time, contract — 13-week assignment, Nights shift, 12-hour shifts, 7 shifts per week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to long-term care and skilled nursing facility residents
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician’s orders
- Monitor patient conditions and document findings accurately
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and facility policies
- Address patient needs with compassion and professionalism
Required Qualifications
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Wisconsin or the appropriate state
- Proven experience in LTC / SNF or similar long-term care settings
- Strong assessment and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Availability to work night shifts (12-hour shifts)
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience working nights in a long-term care or skilled nursing environment
- Certified in CPR and basic life support (BLS)
