Schedule / Job Type

  • Full-time, contract — 13-week assignment, Nights shift, 12-hour shifts, 7 shifts per week

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive nursing care to long-term care and skilled nursing facility residents
  • Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician’s orders
  • Monitor patient conditions and document findings accurately
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and facility policies
  • Address patient needs with compassion and professionalism

Required Qualifications

  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Wisconsin or the appropriate state
  • Proven experience in LTC / SNF or similar long-term care settings
  • Strong assessment and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Availability to work night shifts (12-hour shifts)

Preferred Experience / Skills

  • Previous experience working nights in a long-term care or skilled nursing environment
  • Certified in CPR and basic life support (BLS)
