Contract (13 Weeks) | Days/Evenings Variable | Mix of 8-Hour and 16-Hour Shifts | 40 Guaranteed Hours Per Week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans for residents
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols
• Monitor and document resident health status, reporting changes to the appropriate care team members
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure quality resident outcomes
• Maintain compliance with all applicable regulatory and facility standards

Required Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license
• RN licensure valid in the state of Wisconsin (or compact eligibility)
• Experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility (LTC/SNF) setting
• Ability to work variable day and evening shifts including 8-hour and 16-hour shifts

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel or contract nursing experience in an LTC/SNF environment
• Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills
• Familiarity with long-term care regulations and compliance standards
