Tech Echo/Ultrasound/Sonographer

Job Title

• Maternal Fetal Monitoring Ultrasound Sonographer (Contract)

• Austin, TX

Schedule / Job Type

• Contract, 13 weeks, day shifts, Monday-Thursday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM; Friday 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Perform first, second, and third trimester ultrasounds, including fetal echocardiograms.
• Conduct specialized fetal assessments such as CVS and amniocentesis procedures.
• Collaborate with medical team to ensure accurate fetal imaging and data collection.
• Utilize GE Voluson E22 and E10 ultrasound equipment in a fast-paced maternal-fetal medicine setting.
• Maintain high standards of patient care, confidentiality, and adherence to unit policies.

Required Qualifications

• ARDMS certification in OB/GYN ultrasound.
• Minimum of 2 years OB/MFM ultrasound experience.
• Ability to perform fetal echocardiograms or experience in fetal cardiac scanning.
• Knowledge of obstetric imaging procedures and fetal assessment techniques.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Certification in fetal echocardiography.
• Certification in nuchal translucency and nasal bone scanning.
• Experience with Viewpoint EMR system.
• Friendly, self-motivated team player with a fast learning curve.
