Job Title

• Registered Nurse (RN) – Emergency Room

• Memphis, TN

Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, Night shift (4x12-hour shifts)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide emergency nursing care in a Level I Trauma Center.
• Respond to urgent and critical situations with appropriate interventions.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Document patient assessments, treatments, and progress accurately.
• Maintain compliance with hospital protocols and standards for trauma care.
• Work flexible weekend rotations as needed, including holidays if scheduled.

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of Tennessee or compact license.
• Minimum of 2 years recent ER experience, including Level I Trauma experience.
• Valid driver’s license (must be included with submission).
• Must be willing to work 48-hour shifts.
• Travel experience and recent ER experience are mandatory.
• Strict adherence to travel compliance guidelines.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Large hospital or Level I Trauma experience preferred.
• Cerner EMR system experience preferred.
