Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to a general orthopedics and vestibular patient population.
• Manage a productivity expectation of 60 visits per week, seeing approximately 12-14 patients per day.
• Double-book follow-up visits as needed to meet patient needs and operational goals.
• Collaborate with clinic staff and obtain prior approval for any overtime hours.
• Maintain documentation and ensure treatment plans align with facility standards.
• May be required to float to other clinics within the area if needed.

Required Qualifications

• Valid state license as a Physical Therapist.
• Outpatient therapy experience preferred.
• New graduates are welcome to apply.
• First-time travelers accepted.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Outpatient orthopedic and vestibular therapy experience advantageous.
• Ability to work efficiently within a team environment.
• Strong patient communication skills.
