Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time, day shifts, outpatient clinic

Key Responsibilities
• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to patients with orthopedic conditions
• Evaluate patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans
• Document patient progress and adjust therapies accordingly
• See approximately 12-14 patients per day with a productivity expectation of 60 visits per week
• Collaborate with the clinic team and float to other clinics if needed
• Ensure all treatments comply with clinic and healthcare standards

Required Qualifications
• Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist (PT) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)
• Outpatient therapy experience preferred
• Ability to work 8-hour shifts during daytime hours
• Strong communication and patient care skills

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Previous outpatient orthopedic therapy experience
• Flexibility to float between clinics or locations
• Ability to handle a high-volume caseload with efficiency
