Job Title

• LVN / LPN (Licensed Vocational Nurse / Licensed Practical Nurse)

• Albuquerque, NM

Schedule / Job Type

• Days shift, 12.5-hour shifts, 3 shifts per week, LTC/SNF facility, full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility
• Administer medications and monitor patient health status according to care plans
• Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure optimal resident outcomes
• Document patient information accurately and promptly
• Follow all safety and health protocols in a clinical setting

Required Qualifications

• Valid LVN or LPN license in the state of New Mexico
• Proven experience working in LTC or SNF environments
• Strong clinical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work 12.5-hour shifts and adhere to schedule

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience in a hospital or rehabilitation setting
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills (preferred but not required)
