Key Responsibilities
- Assist licensed occupational therapists in delivering therapy services to patients
- implement treatment plans and therapeutic activities
- monitor and document patient progress
- support patient recovery and functional improvements
- adhere to safety and compliance standards
Required Qualifications
- Valid certification as an Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA)
- Basic knowledge of therapeutic techniques and patient care protocols
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and follow treatment plans
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in a similar healthcare setting
- Experience working with diverse patient populations
