- Registered Nurse – Medical/Surgical Telemetry
Location
- Chicago, IL
Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time, day shift, 12-hour shifts
Key Responsibilities
- Provide patient care on Medical/Surgical Telemetry floors, with floating to other Telemetry units as needed
- Maintain nurse-to-patient ratios of approximately 1:5-6
- Adhere to rotating holiday schedules and every-other weekend shifts
- Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure quality patient outcomes
- Complete required documentation accurately and promptly
Required Qualifications
- Active Illinois RN license
- Current ACLS, NIHSS, and BLS certifications
- Credentials due Thursday before start date
- Ability to float to other Medical/Surgical Telemetry floors
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience in Telemetry units
- Strong patient assessment and communication skills
