Key Responsibilities

• Assist licensed occupational therapists in delivering patient-centered therapy services.
• Implement treatment plans and therapeutic activities as directed.
• Monitor and document patient progress and communicate updates to the supervising therapist.
• Support patients in performing daily activities to improve their functional abilities.
• Ensure a safe and respectful environment for patients during therapy sessions.

Required Qualifications

• Valid certification or license as an Occupational Therapy Assistant.
• Current CPR and First Aid certifications.
• Ability to follow detailed treatment plans and instructions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Prior experience in pediatric, adult, or geriatric therapy settings preferred.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in outpatient or clinical environments.
• Knowledge of specific therapeutic techniques and procedures.
