Key Responsibilities
- Provide specialized nursing care to ICU patients in a high-acuity environment
- Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
- Monitor patient vitals and respond to emergent situations promptly
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient assessments and treatments
- Support patient and family education regarding ICU care and recovery
- Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays as required
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of two years recent ICU nursing experience
- Charge Nurse experience preferred
- Current BLS, ACLS, and Conscious Sedation certifications (can be obtained through facility for a fee)
- Valid RN license in the state of Arizona
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in a fast-paced ICU setting
- Ability to adapt to changing patient needs and schedules
