• LVN / LPN - Long-Term Care / Skilled Nursing Facility

• Las Cruces, NM
Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time, Days shifts, 3 shifts per week
Key Responsibilities
• Provide compassionate nursing care to residents in a Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing facility
• Administer medications and treatments accurately following care plans
• Monitor patient conditions and document relevant observations
• Assist with daily activities and support resident comfort
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure quality care
• Adhere to safety and compliance guidelines during all nursing activities
Required Qualifications
• Valid LVN / LPN license in the state of New Mexico
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing setting
• Ability to work 12.5-hour shifts with consistency and reliability
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Basic knowledge of electronic medical records (EMR) systems
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience caring for elderly or chronically ill residents
• Bilingual abilities a plus
• CPR and First Aid certification
