Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to a general outpatient patient population.
• Evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, and document progress.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure quality patient care.
• Work up to 40 hours per week, with 36 guaranteed hours.
• Work may include float assignments to other clinics in the area, including Beacon OR and Club Northwest.
• Obtain approval from the director for any OT hours worked.

Required Qualifications

• Valid physical therapist license in the state of Oregon.
• Outpatient therapy experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Willing to accept new graduates.
• Willing to travel or float to other clinics as needed.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Outpatient therapy experience preferred.
• Flexibility to float between clinics and work additional hours if needed.
