Contract | Days | Full-Time | Onsite | Tuesday–Saturday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM (5x8-hour shifts) | Weekends Required

Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services in a short-term acute care facility setting
• Deliver 1:1 patient care across assigned units, with potential floating between units or nearby affiliate facilities
• Evaluate and treat patients to support functional recovery and rehabilitation goals
• Document patient care and progress using Epic electronic health records
• Participate in holiday coverage, committing to work 3 of 5 designated holidays

Required Qualifications

• Active Oregon Occupational Therapist license (may submit with license pending)
• Minimum of 1 year of occupational therapy experience
• Proficiency with Epic electronic health records system
• Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility (travel compliance requirement)
• Must have reliable personal vehicle for this assignment
• 2 professional references covering at least 1 year of experience within the last 3 years

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a short-term acute care or inpatient rehabilitation environment
• Familiarity with travel contract expectations and compliance requirements
