• Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records.
• Maintain compliance with industry standards and facility policies.

Required Qualifications

• Valid license as a Physical Therapist.
• Experience working in a healthcare or senior care setting preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a long-term care or rehabilitation environment.
• Knowledge of veteran-specific healthcare needs.
