Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to a diverse patient population.
• Evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Document patient progress and communicate results to the healthcare team.
• Work up to 40 hours per week, with 36 hours guaranteed, including occasional float to other clinics as needed.
• Manage a productivity expectation of approximately 60 visits per week, treating 12-14 patients daily.
• Double-book follow-up visits to optimize patient care and clinic efficiency.

Required Qualifications

• Valid state license as a Physical Therapist.
• Outpatient therapy experience preferred.
• Ability to work day shifts and adapt to clinic needs.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working with a varied patient demographic.
• Willingness to accept new graduates and first-time travelers.
• Prior outpatient or clinic-based therapy experience is a plus.
